SIT Academy, a Zürich-based company active in the Ed-Tech industry, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer starting ASAP.


Working with the SIT Academy team based in Zürich, your role will include the following:

• Further digitalize SIT Academy processes
• Work on Websites and Platforms that support the educational activities of SIT Academy
• Develop the IT infrastructure of the SIT holding
• Work on Software Development Consulting projects for external clients

What you offer to SIT Academy:

• Great spoken and written German or English
• 2 years of experience in developing Backend and Frontend
• Proficient and proven experience with HTML, CSS, JS, React
• Proficient and proven experience with Python
• Experience with backend frameworks, ideally Django (mainly for REST, less for SSR)
• Ideally an understanding of concepts and technologies used for deployment such as Docker, Docker Compose, CI/CD and provisioning Cloud resources
• You learn complex new concepts fast
• You are not only an executor but also think about prerequisites, consequences and optimizations of the development tasks you are given
• You think of yourself as a Doer, somebody that gets stuff done
• If requirements call for it you know how to devise suitable algorithms that get the task done
• Not afraid to start new projects from scratch and lead the development effort on them
